Eugene Sewell of St. James, Missouri passed away on December 24, 2006 at the Golden Living Center in St. James, Missouri. He was 74 years of age.
Eugene was born on August 12, 1932 to his parents Azro Martin and Etta Mae (Sellers) Sewell.
Eugene is survived by his mother: Etta Mae Sewell of St. James, Missouri; three sisters: Opal Mock of St. Louis, Missouri; Beulah Bechdolt and husband Jim of Crestwood, Missouri and Edna Bierman of St. Charles, Missouri; one brother: Delmar Sewell and wife Nora of O'Fallon, Missouri; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Eugene will be sadly missed by all who knew him and loved him.
Preceding Eugene in death is his father: Azro Martin Sewell; one brother: Everett Sewell; and one sister: Bert Spurgeon.
Services
Visitation was held from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 prior to the service at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Gabe Felan officiating. Pallbearers were family and friends. Burial was in the family plot in the St. James Cemetery.
All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
