Harriett Ann (Beezley) Weiss 1928-2006

Harriett Ann Weiss of Branson, Missouri formerly of St. James, Missouri passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2006 at Branson Health Rehab in Branson, Missouri. She was
78 years; 6 months; and 13 days of age.

Harriett was born on January 28, 1928 to her parents Floy and Bessie Ellen (Shepherd) Beezley. Harriett was united in marriage to Gordon E. Weiss on September 5, 1946 in St. James, Missouri.

Harriett is survived by two sons: Thomas William Weiss and wife Jane of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Rex Gordon Weiss and wife Sherri of Ozark, Missouri; one daughter: Lynn Weiss McCallister and husband Larry of Huntsville, Alabama; one sister: Wanda Bonham of St. James, Missouri.

Preceding Harriett is death is her husband Gordon E. Weiss on November 19, 1987; her parents: Floy and Bessie (Shepherd) Beezley.

Mrs. Weiss was the director of the St. James Golden Age Center for many years, a strong supporter of the St. James Booster Club, President of the St. James Junior Club, University Coterie and the International Wives Club.

Services
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 12, 2006 from 6 - 8 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri.

Funeral services were be conducted on Sunday, August 13, 2006 at 1:30 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel. Don Carson will officiate the service. Music was provided by the Braschler Family. Serving as pallbearers will be Rex Weiss, Tom Weiss, Joshua Weiss, Todd Braschler, Paul Braschler and Cliff Braschler. Burial will be in the family plot in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Missouri.

Memorials are suggested to First Church of God in St. James, Missouri or St. James Golden Age Center in St. James, Missouri. Cards are available at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
