Terry Douglas Halfaker 1944-2006

Terry Douglas Halfaker of Bourbon, Mo. passed away April 14, 2006 at the Cuba Manor Nursing Home in Cuba, Mo. He was 61 years and 9 months of age.

Terry was born July 15, 1944 at Bourbon, Mo, the son of the late Charles Daniel Halfaker and Alma (Jones) Halfaker.

Three children, Frances Eloise Dildine and husband Mickey, Terri Lynn Compton and a son Douglas Edward Halfaker and wife Becky, all of Sullivan, Mo. survive Terry. He had six grandchildren.

Terry has a surviving brother, Charles Donald Halfaker (Shirley Marie) of Leasburg, Mo. and sisters Janice Cartwright of Bourbon, Mo. and Patricia Eloise Robinson (Billy) of Cuba, Mo. Those who also mourn his passing are many nieces, nephews and cousins, a host of friends, and special friend Viola Wymer of Bourbon, Mo.

Besides his parents, Terry Halfaker was preceded in death by one brother, Dwight Halfaker, sister in law Dorothea Halfaker and brother in law Clyde Cartwright.

Services
Graveside services were conducted at the Bourbon Cemetery in Bourbon, Mo, April 22, 2006 by Rev, Jack Shepard, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church of Cuba, Mo.

Arrangements were under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home of St. James, Mo.
