Vivian May Holman of St. James passed away Friday January 13, 2006 at her home in St. James. She was 74 Years 7 months and 15 days of age.
Vivian May Holman was born May 29, 1931 in Hutchinson, Kansas; the daughter of the late Albert and Elma Cowan Rodgers.
Vivian Holman was united in marriage to Sidney Holman. He entered into rest January 1969.
She is survived by Sons: Micheal Holman and wife Sandy of St James; Gary Holman and wife Pam of Sullivan and Robert Holman and wife Sandy of Sullivan. Daughter: Teresa Edgmond of St James; Brother: Jake Rodgers and wife Betty of St James; Sister-in-law: Dorothy Rodgers of St James; Sister: Doris Burch and husband Charlie of Arkansas along with 11grandchilden 28 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
Preceding Vivian in death was one granddaughter Suesan Diane Holman.
Services
Mrs. Holman was in state at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James from 6-8 pm Sunday January 15, 2006.
Funeral Service were conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday Jauary 16, 2005 at the Hughes Cemetery. Mrs Holman's daughter; Teresa Edgmond offered words of comfort at the Cemetery. Pallbearers were Robert Holguin, David Holman, Paul Lopez, Scott Chandler, Gary Holman and Dennis Stanley. Burial was in the family plot at the Hughes Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James.
