Louis Scott Salter of St. James, Missouri passed away on July 26, 2006 at the Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri. Louis was 35 years of age.
Louis was born on January 20, 1971 in Festus, Missouri to his parents Charles L. and Shirley F. (Stegall) Salter.
Louis is survived by one Son: Brandon Salter Sinclair of Hannibal, Missouri; one Daughter: Kelsey Salter Baggett of St. Louis, Missouri; Mother: Shirley F. (Stegall) Salter of St. James, Missouri; one Brother: Charles L. Salter Jr. of Quincy, Illinois; one Sister: Valerie Salter Erb of Festus, Missouri; a host of relatives and friends. Louis will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Louis is preceded in death by his Father: Charles L. Salter Sr. on November 1, 2004.
Services
Louis will lie in state on Friday, July 28, 2006, from 12 noon to 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, July 28, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home Chapel in St. James, Missouri with Brother Leslie Koerber officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Burial will be in the family plot in the Skaggs Chapel Cemetery in Belle, Missouri.
All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Missouri.
